FULL SERVICE RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT PROCESS |

1. Call in or email the job description. An AIM Representative will contact you to discuss the position and find out what type of candidates would best fit your needs.
2. An AIM Representative will search AIM's proprietary database of pre-screened and pre-qualified candidates. 3. A selected group of candidates will be contacted by phone and email to solicit and confirm their interest and availability for your position. 4. Resumes of interested candidates will be emailed to you to review. 5. Contact an AIM Representative to set up interviews with your chosen candidates. 6. Should you decide to hire on a temporary basis, the AIM Field Employee will turn in a time sheet every Friday and you will receive a weekly invoice from AIM. On a direct hire basis, you will be responsible for paying a placement fee to AIM. |

Contract personnel allows you to have a qualified AIM field employee (or a group of contracted AIM field employees) working in your organization for longer periods of time such as six months to a year or longer. |
LIBRARY MAINTENANCEAIM provides the services of our field employees from eight to 40 hours a week, billed as a service. This includes routine activities such as cataloging, filing and library maintenance of a small library. |
CONSULTINGOur consultants are experienced professionals who evaluate, plan and direct projects such as library and information development, accreditation, automation, conversion and move. |
EXECUTIVE SEARCHFor high-level executive positions, we offer custom recruitment services. From nation-wide advertising to candidate screening, back- ground checks and selective interviews, a search package can be designed to meet any organization's needs. |
OUTSOURCED RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENTWhen a client has a need for hiring staff directly over a period of time, hiring a group of staff on a long term temporary basis or on- call/substitute, AIM offers a comprehensive recruitment and placement service package.
